Yes, that's right. Even an old table structured template can be made responsive. Why transfer your website page by page to a new mobile friendly template when it can be done using your existing style-sheet and includes?

I specialize in the problematic websites. Those that designers usually don't want to touch. See the gallery below... it's an old table based template that was never intended to be seen on a mobile device. Not only does it look great on a phone now, we removed the left column and added a mega menu to it.
